What is Integrative Medicine?

Integrative Medicine is grounded in the relationship between patient and provider. It takes into account all aspects that make a person whole including mind, body, and spirit. It is open minded to alternative treatment practices, but is still grounded in science. It combines evidence-based modern medicine with holistic approaches to support the whole person. It takes into account each patient’s individual need, but typically starts with lifestyle.

We recognize the value of medications, but we also believe true healing often begins by supporting the body’s natural ability to return to balance.

In short, it is what medicine should be and is the future of medicine. It restores the human connection that is lacking in our healthcare system. It is better way to practice medicine.

At Elevate Health

that means:

  • At Elevate Health, we believe every symptom tells a story — and the best care starts by hearing yours.

We take time to understand your health history, daily habits, stressors, and goals.
This helps us connect the dots instead of jumping to quick conclusions or short-term fixes.

  • Instead of only treating surface-level symptoms, we focus on finding the root cause of what’s going on.

That might mean exploring nutrition, stress, sleep, or past health experiences that contribute to how you feel today. The goal is long-term healing, not temporary relief.

  • Your plan shouldn’t add stress — it should make sense for your lifestyle.
We’ll build simple, actionable steps you can stick with: practical nutrition guidance, small daily habits, and evidence-based treatments that move you toward better health one step at a time.
No cookie-cutter plans. Just what works for you.

  • Integrative medicine is a partnership — not a one-time appointment.
We’ll check in, make adjustments, and celebrate progress along the way.
You’ll have direct access to your provider for questions and support, because real change takes time and teamwork.
